With more than 17 years’ direct marketing experience, Chad started out working for multinational corporations before running a number of his own online businesses. Over the years he has delivered successful campaigns for the likes of TUI, More Than & AXA Insurance. He oversees Woo’s day-to-day operations & drives the business forward. Away from work he enjoys family time, travelling, live sport & music.

Chad Harwood-Jones

Managing Director
A qualified journalist with 20 years’ experience across print, online & retail, Stuart is responsible for overseeing client delivery. An experienced content strategist, writer & sub-editor, he has worked for consumer titles including Square Meal & Decanter, & previously worked for The Whisky Exchange. Outside of work Stuart enjoys golf, cooking & building his whisky collection.

Dan is a public relations specialist who has worked in lifestyle PR for a decade. He’s previously worked for one of London’s leading PR agencies & is a member of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) & has completed its Advanced Certificate qualification. Away from work, he loves running long distances through mud.

At Woo, Malik takes care of our clients’ CMS requirements, whether that’s manual uploads or setting up API integrations. For more than 10 years he has built custom WordPress websites for businesses large and small. He specialises in creating easy-to-use back-end experiences so clients can easily manage their own websites. Outside of work, you will find Malik watching cricket or playing badminton.

Amy came from a publishing background before freelancing for a number of large clients, making a name for herself in both content creation & editorial. Having worked with clients including Harley-Davidson & Grand Designs, she is an adaptive writer & developed a knack for understanding TOV & brand identity. Outside of work, Amy is a proud member of the Peloton family & a self-professed non-preachy vegan.

Kath is a freelance writer with a background in financial services. She has extensive experience writing different forms of copy such as blogs, websites and video scripts. She writes for several sectors including financial services, procurement and marketing. When she’s not sharpening her wordsmith skills, Kath tries to keep her small children alive and is a big Liverpool FC fan.

With 20 years’ commercial travel experience, Heidi has a wealth of industry knowledge. Having started her career as a researcher for TV Travel Shop, she went on to write & produce for Travel Channel, Thompson TV & affiliate websites. Since 2012, she’s worked as a dedicated copywriter for a variety of high-profile clients, writing content, blog posts & articles about everything from overseas travel to interior design.

Susie specialises in food, beauty, fashion & travel writing. She’s written for a host of websites & blogs, as well as academic-style articles supported by the latest scientific research. Some of the clients she’s worked with include The Guardian, First Choice, Etihad Airways, The London Skin and Hair Clinic & Antonia Burrell Skincare.

Tom has more than seven years' copywriting experience & has worked in-house for one of the UK's leading digital marketing agencies. Since going freelance in 2018, he has specialised in sport, travel and property copywriting. When he's not typing away, you can usually find him on the terraces of Elland Road cheering on his beloved Leeds United, or sat in the stands at Headingley watching Yorkshire CCC.
