Generation Home is an affordability-focused lender that helps first-time buyers, remortgagers and other homemovers enhance their borrowing, using friends and family funds as “boosters”. Their unique products unlock greater affordability and options, supporting more people to get on the property ladder. Generation Home had a diverse collection of resources and marketing materials specifically aimed at brokers that required to be streamlined in coordination with a branding overhaul. Market collateral included case studies, brochures, email sequence, and more.

The Solution

We worked closely with Generation Home to understand the complex project, marketing goals and existing materials. We held several online consultations to define objectives, style guide, tone of voice and key deliverables. Through a batch-delivery process, we were able to coordinate staged working procedures and solidify messaging across a wide range of materials.
