Once you sign up and select a plan, you will be required to make payment. At this point you will receive an online brief form to fill in — this provides us with the information we need to start work. After you submit the form we will contact you to arrange a briefing call. 

You can cancel your subscription, downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time. If you sign up to a rolling, monthly subscription we will complete the work you have paid for and then stop any further work. If you sign up for a 6 month plan, you are committed to working with us for 6 months. You can cancel your subscription at anytime but we will only stop working together after the 6 month term has finished. Likewise, if you sign up to a 12 month plan, you can cancel at anytime, but you are committed to working with us for 12 months and we will only stop billing at the end of the 12  month term. Most clients trial our service for a month before making a decision about making a longer term commitment. Signing up for a longer term can save you up to 20%.

You can pay for our services using one of the following payment methods:

• Credit card
• Debit card

Once payment has been made you will receive an invoice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. For rolling monthly contracts, we will complete any outstanding work for that month and then cease further production. If you have committed to a 6 or 12-month contract, your subscription will end once the term is completed. 

Woo offers one round of revisions when you sign up to one of our content packages. This is on the basis of receiving all necessary briefing information, in order to write the content you require. We do not proceed with any work where we are unsure or unclear about the brief. We therefore do not offer refunds on work already purchased and delivered. Further revisions are possible but may incur an additional fee.

In some cases we do offer free trials but this is only in specific cases where the client is looking for content at scale, over the long-term.. To see if you qualify for a free trial visit our offer page.
